Rescheduling, Cancellation, & Refund Policy
We are excited to share our updated Rescheduling, Cancellation, Refund Policy with all our valued students. At Heart Alive Medical & Training, we strive to provide the best learning experience while ensuring fairness and transparency in our policies. Please take note of the following key points:
- Strict NO SHOW policy: Students who do not call or show up in class will not receive a refund and must pay the full price to attend another class.
- Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes later, a $20 rescheduling fee will apply.
- Within 72 hours prior to class: Rescheduling is allowed with a $20 fee, and no refunds will be provided.
- Cancellations more than 72 hours prior to class: A $50 cancellation processing fee will be applied, plus what you paid for your class.
- Weather Cancellation: Decisions will be made 12 to 24 hours prior to class at the discretion of Heart Alive Medical & Training
- Students: Instructors will open doors for class 10-15 minutes prior to allow everyone to get settled in

The American Heart Association is committed to promoting knowledge and proficiency in Basic Life Support BLS, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support ACLS, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support PALS. To achieve this goal, the association has developed instructional materials that can be used to educate healthcare professionals and the public.
It is important to note that the use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Additionally, any fees charged for such a course do not represent income to the Association.
